Though who you are as a leader, I think it's something that most of us are fairly self-aware, but what we don't do probably is just take the time to reflect and crystallize it. I have some particular views and contributions I can deliver as a value to the organization. And really the challenge has been how do I get my team and the bigger organization to be able to take that and go run with it. So for me personally, you know, the usefulness of the Columbia Advanced Management Program is to make me better at making others better.
